Cancellation Policy
We are delighted that you are considering joining The Headspa Lounge Certified Training, our 2-day accredited Japanese Head Spa programme. Please read the policy below before securing your place. Course Fee & Payment The full course fee is ยฃ895. A non-refundable deposit of ยฃ250 is required at the time of booking. Remaining Payment on the day can be made via bank transfer, debit/credit card. Payment plans may be available on request โ please contact us to discuss. Cancellations & Refunds Deposits are strictly non-refundable. If you cancel with more than 14 daysโ notice, full deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made within 14 days of the course, deposit is non-refundable. In exceptional cases, at our discretion, we may be able to transfer your place to a future training date. Rescheduling by The Headspa Lounge If we ever need to cancel or reschedule (e.g., illness or unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered either a transfer to the next available course date or a full refund of all fees paid. Attendance & Certification This is a 2-day programme, and full attendance is required to receive your ABT-accredited certification. Please arrive promptly each day so you gain the complete benefit of the training. No-shows (failure to attend without notice) are treated as a cancellation and are fully chargeable. Additional Information All training materials, manuals, and products required during the course are provided. Refreshments are included; however, lunch is not provided, and you are welcome to bring your own or explore local restaurants nearby. Spaces are strictly limited to ensure a luxury, personalised learning experience.
